If you already have a Sony HXR-NX5E camcorder you can use the Sony CMU (Content Management Utility) bundled with your camcorder to select and transfer clips from the camcorder to your PC or Mac for editing.

However if you do not have an NXCAM camcorder yet, but you want to see just how easy it is to work with NXCAM material, download any of 15 free clips shot by leading cameramen from around the world using the HXR-NX5E camcorder. These clips are in native high definition AVCHD .MTS format, exactly as they would be directly from the NXCAM camcorder.
