Got a prs-t1 for Christmas and shortly afterwards i registered it on the site and got my 100 free books but as the UK store wasn't open then i never logged in again.

Now that i've heard that its running now i've come back to try again. However I completely forgot my login details. I've tried using the retrieve password option with all my all my email addresses to no avail.

So I've created a new account but it won't allow me to register my device because its already registered to an account i can't access.

What can i do?

Is there a way to un/re-register my device?
