RDR-HDX890 Tuning Problems

My RDR-HDX890 will no longer save the retune of the digital decoder.

It performs the retune, finds the channels and will display them but once put back on standby the retune is lost - as I've now recorded two "blank" programs.

This appears to have happened since the "final switchover" last month.

Any suggestions?

 

If only I'd searched the site by the CORRECT model number [RDR-HXD890]!!

Will try a hard reset this evening as the firmware is already up to date.

    You're right, the problem is exactly the same in the hxdX70 and hxdx90 family. Just follow the reset procedure and your unit will work correctly again

    Followed procedure and back to normal within 5mins, including set-up.
